I used to like it, but now they all disappeared

It was a good plugin, but I have been begging to have a couple of bugs (acknowledged by them) fixed since June 2020 and still not solved.
As of today, Dec. 22th 2020 it is enough to have a look at the open tickets on the support forum with no answers for 4 weeks. This speaks by itself.

It is a shame, since the plugin despite some bugs was globally good.
