i use divi why is gutenburg in the theme customizer

i use divi builder for my web pages but Gutenberg i cant get removed from the theme customizer. I want to edit a footer but have no clue how or even why Gutenberg blocks is in my way and have no option to edit with divi in the theme customizer. wierd. I dont even have gutenberg box checked so it should not even be active correct? how to fix?
