• Hi, I’m using Events Manager + PRO for about three years now and I’ve grown tired of manually updating dates for events that have passed and I want to restart in the future.

So I open up PhpMyAdmin, find the table calles WP_em_events and figure out that I need to update fields in columns called: event_start_date and event_end_date.
The sql finds the records in questions and the query proceeds without errors, I can now see updated dates in MySql table.

But when I check the website and also the WP backend with Events Manager listed events, the dates appear unchanged.
    What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I’m using Events Manager + PRO

For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. Really, the author cannot support you here and they’re very good about that.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

@nostro Can you confirm whether you’re asking for support about a feature that’s available in the free version of Events Manager or a feature that’s exclusive to the Pro add-on?

As @jdembowski says, we can’t offer support here for Pro features but we can for features that are found in the free version of the plugin.
