It seems like you are using an old version of the WPBot Pro (not the Lite version).
You need to upgrade to the latest pro version which you can download by logging into your account where you bought it from.

@quantumcloud I’m needing to download the updated Pro version. I purchased directly from your website but just realized my email address is wrong on the invoice and I can’t retrieve the forgot password link. Is there a way I can fix this? The email used was kmillender@southerninc.com but it should be kmillender@southerncrossinc.com.
