I tried to change URL and messed up

  • Smartchoicedesign.info/wordpress
    Well, in the admin>settings i changed the WordPress address (URL) and the Blog address (URI) to smartchoicedesign.info/Blog but it totally messed everthing up. I just want to get everything back to normal.
    I am a total beginner at WP, so Please spell everything out in simple terms.
