I thought I would be able to put items into folders

    I have a few video training courses and thought I’d be able to make folders like
    training course 1
    training course 2
    training course 3, etc.

    Say I have three training course,

    course 1: Youtube
    course 2: WordPress
    course 3: Facebook

    I thought I would be able to create a folder for each and organize like this:

    Folder 1: Youtube
    Folder 2: WordPress
    Folder 3: Facebook

    Hello giltron, I thought the same!

    I have created new folders using the Make Folders & Settings button but after naming the folders and saving they are nowhere to be found. There is no way to organise items into folders. It would be really useful if this worked or if there was a way to organise files into folders especially in a fairly image intensive site.

    You should see the folder column in the media library.

    If you do not see it, check Folder by Screen Options.

    Many thanks Katsushi, I see how it works now.
    Its very helpful and makes the media folder easier to manage now that I can see how it functions. Great work.
