    The ADD MEDIA button on EDIT PAGE literally does not work. At all. When you click it, nothing happens.

    CUSTOMIZE is basically dead – it does not display any preview or any working view of the site at all. It displays a menu along the side, but that’s about it.

    The preview of your Theme looks good in the gallery, but you need to fix it and re-issue it in working order.

    [FT Support Team] : We checked and found it working fine. Just to let you know ADD TO MEDIA is a feature of CORE WP installation. It has nothing to do with the theme. You can check updating your WP installation and we are sure, this issue will be fixed.
