Hi Till Kruss, how are you.

I started using redis cache and some 2 weeks and during the past 2 weeks, under path /var/lib/mysql there are some 40GB of files named as binlog.000001 till today binlog.000465, seems like its continuing increasing..those files are not available before, is it because of redis activities that were recorded in those binlogs files? Can I purge them all or can I just disable log_bin? may you advice, is that log_bin obrigatory and those binlog files are necessary for redis to work fast for website?

    Thank you very much

    Natinho

That’s not part of this plugin. I’d suggest asking on Stack Overflow for help with your MySQL / Redis configuration.
