I think I added too many posts now most of my widgets are gone

So I was building an affiliate site today importing lots of products to woocommerce. After about 40k product posts most of my widgets in the sidebar and footers don’t show up. The only other thing I noticed was that the WP bar above the top bar doesn’t show up now. Everything else runs smooth, it doesn’t even slow down.

I’ve tried multiple browsers including mobile

Is there a limit to how many posts/pages you can have? is there a way to fix this?

I’m using the Virtue theme
