I switched themes and lost access to Admin section

I was using the standard blue theme and after a year decided to upgrade to the Biblical Scholar because I liked the idea of having 3 columns. After making the change I came back to add a post and the admin or log in option isn’t there.

Any idea how I can either get my old theme back or find the admin section of the new theme? Thank you …
