I stupidly deleted my home page.. can I get it back??

Possibly.

Go in to wp-admin and look in /wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=trash&post_type=post

Is it there?

I cant find anything… I’m new at this.

Was the home page a static Page? Or a list of posts?

Login to your site, navigate to Pages and select the Trash link near the top of the resulting page.
