I set upload limit to 256mb but get msg when i try to upload 35mb

  • I dont understand what is going on. has anyone accomplished getn it to upload files with no problem after setting max upload? I am trying to upload a 35mb mpeg ffile it says something about cant move file. what do i need to do after setting max?
