I see OpenID in plugin files, but not available through Admin

I see the OpenID.php file in the /wordpress-social-login/hybridauth/Hybrid/Providers directory, but I do not see OpenID as an options in the plugin options in Admin. How can I enable OpenID, or is it not yet properly implemented?
