I saw some new holiday snow files. What do they do? How?

Exactly, I too have seen the files! The checkbox to register to let it snow in the sites is not getting displayed!
There is some code glitch I suppose!

It doesn’t seem to work in all browsers and you’ll have to wait a few seconds for it to start.

how to enable it?

I see no controls for it, no mention of it in the changelog or any recent announcements. It seems like a totally inappropriate garbage feature to pitchfork into Jetpack.
