I reset default in Navt lists & now site is empty

  • I upgraded to the newest version of wordpress… as I was getting to know it and addressing the kinks, I was in NAVT lists, I clicked the link at bottom of page, reset defaults. A big ooops. Now all the material on my website is in the unassigned category on NAVT lists. So nothing is showing on my site except the home page image with no where to go, no links.
    How can I either assign those & put all the homepage links back up or restore to July 17th. I did back up everything in the process of upgrading so possibly could do myself with some guidance.

    Do you have any service where you talk people through this on the phone for a fee?
