I replaced a file, but it didn’t change!

  • All the recommended action about cache I have tried.

    I use WP 6.1.1 and the theme Astra plus

    Upon further investigation, I found the following errors:
    It only works if both images have the same dimensions.
    In my test with different aspect ratios, images with different labels are created. The links with the old names will then no longer work

    After a few more tests, I found that the plugin works perfectly. It was important that the browser cache is deleted after the replacement.
    I have therefore raised the rating.
