(?i) Regular expressions not working

  • Hello,

    We are trying to set up some redirects using a regular expression like this /(?i)Moore so that no matter if its capitalized or not it will work.

    For some reason these regular expressions work for a few days and then stop working.

    Am I setting these regular expressions correctly or could this be a plugin conflict somewhere else?
