    Hi there,
I recently noticed a problem with a block.
I added the block “Advanced Tabs” with some taps. Recently, the effect that I only see the tab tabs on a public page as an unregistered user is no longer the content of the individual tabs, which consists of simple texts and shortcuts.
Only one line is displayed under the tabs. As soon as I am logged in I get the full content again. Is there a configuration somewhere with which I can control the visibility for logged in and not logged in users?
I can not really explain this effect, because I have not changed the configurations in this area.
    Kind regards Joachim

  • Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.
It seems the error is due to JS combination that generates a conflict with another plugin JS code. Could you try to disable it and let me know how it goes?

    Hi there,
I have “Advanced Gutenberg – Advanced Tabs” version. 2.3.1 which I updated a week ago, tested against the other installed plugins. This has shown that the problem in conjunction with the plug-in “SG Optimizer” version. 5.3.10 occurs. The version was last updated about 4 weeks ago. As soon as I deactivate the “SG Optimizer”, the “Advanced Tabs” is shown again completely when the user is not logged in.
Since the problem has only recently been noticed, I suspect that the cause is more likely to be found in “Advanced Gutenberg – Advanced Tabs”.

Hello, after the last update the block ran properly again. Now the same problem suddenly occurred again. I will test whether I can find a combination of plugins that may have triggered the problem again.

Yes we’ve identified another issue related to nested blocks (blocks added in tabs, accordions…). We’ve currently working on it and will provide an update soon.

    I keep you posted.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

We just pushed an update of the plugin with several fix related to the tab block (and others). It also prepares the plugin for the new Gutenberg update to come.

Please clear your cache and run some test if you can.

    Thanks a lot, cheers,

And can you test to insert a new tab block, do you still have the problem?

    Hi there,
after what I read in the support forum, I would like to know if my problem will be solved if I reinstall the block. Is my guess right or wouldn’t that change my problem?
Despite the updates, my problem has not changed to this day

    Hi,

What do you mean by re-installing the block? Could you try to insert a new tab block and check if you still have the problem?

    Hi there,
I had read somewhere that there would be problems updating the code for the block. So my idea was to rebuild the block again. I have to say that I am not a programmer and therefore cannot evaluate the statement.
I just want to try everything to get the block back on track as quickly as possible.
