I receive too many confirmation emails

  • Hi,

    I’m writing you about an issue I’ve got with your emails. When I complete and send a form, I receive too many confirmation emails. Sometimes more than two… What would be the solution? Would be possible to receive just one email?

    Do you have the CC blog admin option enabled? If it is enabled and the address is the same as what you set up to receive notifications then you will see multiple copies.

    Hello. I have enabled cc blog admin option, but my client still receives four mails per each form he send. I’m desperate ??

    Reach out to me at my Help and Support form – we can take this question to email. I am going to need to see some screen shots in order to help you out. I would make sure the “CC blog admin” option is disabled as a start.
