I really wanted to use OSM

  • But its wasted too much of my time.

    1) NO instructions !
    yes i saw another persons comment, read the reply, followed the links… to some confusing blog site… where the solution was NOT present.

    2) BUGS?
    So i added the shortcode. A mark and a marker. But i get Error: No marker – goto Add Marker tab… I do, and add a marker BUT there’s no shortcode ?!?!?!? So i go back to Map&Marker and refind my location and copy the shortcode… and its still not as i want it… And now my marker info has disappeared from the OSM panel EVEN though i saved it…

    No wonder Google Maps is the first choice ! I’d have finished with a marked map 45 minutes ago.

    UPDATE —
    On that blog site i found some instructions, under “Demo” section.
    BUT it doesnt seem possible to ‘edit’ anything????? Any changes can only be achieved by re-doing everything. That must be a mistake!

    Oh and mouse wheel doesnt zoom on WP page??????????

    What solution did you search for and what kind of instructions do you expect?
    add 2.)
    After you added the marker to the post and you went back to the [Map & Marker] tab, what did you see and what did you expect to see?
    add 3.)
    What do you want to edit?

    Well, you can enable and disable the mouse wheel simply with the shortcode, find some samples on the plugin page.
