Would love to see a support thread about your issues and grievances if at all possible, so we can try to amend things.
That said, we would also love to hear about what ways you wish things were more customizable so that we can improve the overall product.
Regarding output, we try to inherit styling and display as much as possible for all themes, but do admit there may be cases where things may fall a bit short. We’re more than happy to try and provide some customized styles to alleviate the issue as well.
In which ways is the plugin hard to use? We absolutely want to make sure we’re as user experience friendly as we can be. Is this in regards to the creation of the forms themselves? or how things behave on the frontend? Or something else?
