I really have tried

I don’t know how many times I have tried to use the Gutenberg Blocks editor in the last two years. But right up to now with the latest updates, it’s still a disaster.

My theme is compatible, but so many blocks just don’t work as expected. Some look great in the editor, but in live view, they are a mess.

Why is it the default editor when it clearly doesn’t work yet?

I know my way around WordPress after more than ten years. I can work with other page builders such as Elementor with no problem.

But I can’t get this editor to work efficiently at all.
