    @petersquirrly I purchased HideMyWPGhost?Wed night from Paddle once I purchased HideMyWPGhost, I just thought my new download or pass to Pro version but nothing happened. I was EXTREMELY Happy that I may have found an answer to my problem well its Friday morning and I have STILL not been granted access….I have NEVER had to resort to following someone on WP Support to figure out how to get the items I have purchased, but your spam email has already asked me to purchase the item that I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED WT??? I kid you not, I waited for my download and after about 30 mins of nonstop checking I received an email to purchase the Pro version…. Then I went to Paddle because for some reason they are support and I asked for help and was told by an autoresponder that they would reach out to the developer and I can expect to hear something in the next few days…so I f you dont mind having someone check the support tickets I put in days ago it would REALLY be appreciated. Thanks in advance

    ??Hi James,

    I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing and I’ll do my best to help you out.

    In order to get the premium version of the plugin you’ll have to download it from your HMWPG Dashboard.

    Once you’ve installed the plugin, use the Activation Token to connect the plugin to your account.

    For a step by step tutorial, please click here.

    In case you have problems with your license, please let us know your transaction ID so I can track down your account and see what is going on.

    As for our email tickers, there are no emails to which we don’t respond and ALWAYS get back to our customers. I even remember your case and I can confirm that I’ve responded to it, so make sure to check your spam folder as well.

    We’ll never ignore our clients or leave an issue unresolved. If we don’t respond, more than sure something went wrong on the way.

    Hello I emailed you back with my ticket number last week and I have still not received my information as to how to even access a download from a week ago!
