    I want to acquire tens of thousands of face images of 200x200pix only (Custom post type).

    Plug-in issues

    ■The acquired image is large(Setting is not an icon)
    Get in medium size
    Capture with automatic face position trimming plug-in
    Reduce image quality with image optimization plug-ins
    200×200 size with upload resizing plug-in

    Many supplemental plug-ins are required. . .

    A large number of thumbnails can be set automatically, but the image cannot be processed, which is a major obstacle to the server.

    Therefore, how should the automatic processing function be performed simultaneously with uploading? This is the problem.

    Thanks for your review, even I think this is unfair.

    I am surprised to discover your note while you I never had any support email from you.

    About your points :

    • First, one month ago, you made lot of topics on the forum in few minutes, asking for improvements. I’m always happy to listen what users would like to have as features, but NOT in the way you did it. It’s complicated to understand your questions and also it’s never a good idea to open many topics only with sentences like “I want this” as content, you should avoid this on others forums. Don’t forget that people who makes WordPress plugins are humans, not robots.
    • “Capture with automatic face position” has never been a feature of the plugin : neither on www.remarpro.com plugin page, neither on the official website, neither as an improvement. Sorry if you thought it was the case.
    • “Reduce image quality with image optimization plug-ins” and “Many supplemental plug-ins are required“. Same reply as above : it has never been a feature of the plugin. Some plugins are conceived only for image optimization. Magic Post Thumbnail (like all plugin) can’t handle every imaginable features related to images on WordPress ! The goal of the plugin is to retrieve image from external API, not optimize images.
    • About sizes, there was a bug with version 2.4.7. It has been fixed and you can set icon, medium and large sizes with Google Image. But if you find a bug, you can report it either by sending email, either by writing into the forum. But you have to provide as much details as you can : Don’t forget to being understandable, explaining in details your problem, the way you use the plugin, the version of the plugin, the WordPress version etc. This is very important for the developper if you want the bug to be fixed.

      What are you talking about ? The plugin make what it is supposed to do : Retrieving thumbnails automatically. Again, if you bought the pro version, the best solution is to send a mail with reported bug.

    I never hesitate to help people who bought pro version to satisfy them. Many people can testify that I intervened on their site in order to improve the plugin when the bugs are very specific.

    I’m sorry to read that you’ve not been satisfied. I think you misunderstood the goal of the plugin.
