I published a tour but the options for dates and guest aren’t showing

Hi, I’m looking to create mutli day tours. Im trying to have it where the guest can choose a preset date usually the 1-5th of each month, add the number of guest and book. But I’ve tried entering in the information and reading the documentation available and have not been able to get it to work correctly. Please help.
