I paid for the Pro …

  • but now when I went to update it said I did not have validation code. Tried to get my key but they said none is on file. I gave up. They can have the money. I would not use them again.

    Oh by the way the only way to get rid of their validation page which shows up on all of my dashboard pages is to disable their plugin. That is a nasty way to go about business especially if you have been using the pro for almost a year. If they charge by the year I would never have bought it.

    Hi Mike – Couple of things:

    1) We added a new licensing system to our pluign, that is why you are getting that message. If you are having trouble with the key and it says none is on file why not just email our support? We would have you fixed up immediately. You can contact us here: https://imwenterprises.com/support

    2) We do not charge a yearly fee. The PRO version is a one-time fee.
