I paid for Pro but have no access to support on your website!

@oceanwp I paid for a single site bundle license in May and didn’t download my items. Now the license links have expired. On your website, I logged into my account. However, in my account it says I haven’t purchased anything! And therefore, there was no way to reach you through paid support. So now, I’ve spent a couple of days trying to get in touch to receive my stuff! No Contact Us on your site? Ridiculous! I posted in your Facebook Group yesterday, but apparently no one monitors that.
If I was still in my 14 day return period, I’d request a refund. As it is, I had to begin a project using a different them because I couldn’t get this straightened out. Obviously, I won’t be renewing my subscription, but I would like what I paid for! Thank you.
