I only recommend the free version

The documentation is non-existent. Support will answer with canned responses and point you to their worthless documentation.

The purchase add-ons do not work. I worked with them for over a month trying to get them fixed. I finally gave up and asked for a refund.

If you are doing a simple form that you can do with the basic free version, then try it out. If you need support, expect to ask your question several times to get past the canned responses. If you discover you need more than the free basic version offers, try a different form plugin.
