i-one questions

  • i-one has been an incredible theme to work with because of the ability to customize freely. However, I am having a couple of issues. My website displays beautifully on desktop but will not transfer over as well on mobile.
    1. i-one allows a video to be featured as the header, which I have chosen to use. The video can be uploaded (.mp4) or a link to a youtube video will suffice, up to 8MB. On mobile, the video will display with the iconic youtube play button but does not allow the video to be played. The second option would include adding an optional image to load in its place if the video does not play, which has not worked.
    2. Images that display on website become pixelated on mobile. If the page is responsive, why aren’t my images resizing correctly?
    3. i-one gives users the options of hiding elements specifically in mobile but I am having a hard time finding the css class/ ID for these specific elements. For example, I have tried adding “#services,” to omit showing the services section of my page on mobile but the section still displays.

    What is the easiest way of hiding elements on mobile? I am looking for technical support and would be more than happy to elaborate on the issues I am having. Besides my main concerns, this theme has been the best to work with thus far.
