I nned help with Godaddy WordPress installation

  • I installed WordPress on my Godaddy account via Installatron, but it isn’t working. when i try to go on my admin website, it shows me the “403 forbidden page”. I cant make any significant changes to my website. what can I do?

    You could have provided a URL. I probably would have looked but GoDaddy support will probably be best at this early stage.

    The 403 forbidden page error is encountered when your server disallows access to a certain page or resources on your website. At what point during installation did you get this error please? Please can you share the url of your website if you are still experiencing this issue.

    Hi guys. Thanks a lot. I contacted Godaddy customer care and it got fixed. Apparently it was a problem with the DNS. My site runs well now!
