    Hello everybody,
    I have a big problem.
    After a Hard disk crash I forgot my password for my shop forgotten.
    I can indeed in my WordPress website but not log in the shop.
    Homepage and Shop have different passwords. When I click now forgotten password, I enter my email address into the field.
    Then, after I press reset on the system password shows me an error message Error: Captcha empty.
    But there is not a Captcha that I could enter.
    I desperately need your help.
    Sorry for my bad english. I have translated using Google Translator.

  • Hi Emily, your best option here is to disable this plugin via FTP and change this plugin folders name to anything you want.

    Then once you are logged back into your website and then your shop, FTP back into your server and rename the folder back to its original name if you want to use the plugin. If you don’t want to use the plugin simply delete the renamed folder.
