I need urgent help installing a local system !

    Hi all wp pros,

    I am running vista ultimate with IIS7 and MS SQL Server Express. I found WordPress and installed PHP, MySQL (according to installation requirements) and finally WordPress.

    I did not try to get it working with MS SQL. I might try that after I get the common config working.

    PHP PHP-NTS531VC9
    MySQL MySQL Community Server 5.1.43
    WordPress v2.9.2

    I have been reading extensively on the respective sites for information on how to get a local development system up and running.

    All I get after having done all this is the error message in the browser:

    your permissions are not correct

    I did not try to get it working with MS SQL. I might try that after I get the common config working.
