    Free version of WF:

As of July 28, my scans are not completing. Connectivity: wp_remote_post() test back to this serve failed! Response was: cURL error 7. Host says it’s calling IPv6 (all of a sudden). My host doesn’t support IPv6. I didn’t change this on July 28. I have WF installed on all my sites. This is the only one I’m having a problem with.

    Help?

Hi @theresajennings2011, sorry to see you’re having problems with this.

Wordfence should be performing an IPv6 connectivity check for sites that support it, but the IPv4 method hasn’t been removed so in theory nothing should have changed.

I’m interested to see what environment you’re running in case cURL Error 7 problems seen elsewhere may offer a solution for you too. Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,

It’s been 4 days. I sent the file the way you instructed. Any thoughts yet?
