I need to add product name as metadata in stripe

I tried to replicate the issue on my testing site, but everything appears to be functioning correctly. I’ve noticed that the product name and other metadata have been successfully sent to Stripe. I used the Storefront theme, WooCommerce 8.6.0 and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway 7.9.3 version.

this happens to me as well but only a few will come through without any metadata and other orders have the expected added metadata. no errors, no logs. nothing indicating that something failed.

I’m still looking for a solution or any indication as of to why this is happening.

As per forum rules, I suggest that you start a new thread with your case, so that we don’t mix several troubleshooting sessions in one thread.

Even if the symptoms are the same, perhaps the underlying problem is different in your case.
