I need the extra fields on front-end user-registeration

On the first page, User REgistration Aide in the second table there is a column labeled Add Additional Fields to Registration Form, there you can select which fields will show on the front end registration form unless you have a theme that does a custom Registration Form and bypasses the standard WordPress hooks. Select multiple fields by holding down the CTRL key. You can have as few or as many fields on the front end registration form as you like, but all those fields you do choose will be required when they are on the form! So I would suggest using only the fields you want to make sure that the user fills out.
