I need the code for comments.php for 3.1.1

I deleted all the code and saved the file blank when trying to get rid of the comment box. I later found the option to shut it off, and think it may be affecting other things. Could someone post the code that comes default in comments.php in WP 3.1.1 please? Thanks!
