    If you have trouble with one, you can always access the others, just FYI. We check them all, but the primary forum gets the most traffic.

    Go ahead and send me your info via the contact form (or if that isn’t working for you, direct email) and we’ll get you setup as soon as possible. Most likely, you need to get a whitelisting for your license key, so please provide your IP address as well.

    OK, we found the issue–looks like you had a version of the plugin that was missing some code we added to handle the licensing properly. The version of that plugin prevented you from seeing our updates. Now that we updated it, your license deactivation issues should be corrected.
