I need serious help widget location problem.

On the first page when you log into my site the widgets are where I want them to be located and I changed it in the child theme css.But every time I click on a category page the widgets are way up on top on the page.I bring tried to bring it down lower to be for even with the page.But everytine I move it on my category pages.It relocate on my first page

My question is if there anyway to seperate the first page on my site widget positioning elements from the category page.
