• alright, Ill try and be as clear as possible. I tried to install wordpress myself but I couldnt configure it correctly so the nice guys at install4free did it for me. its now up.
I then wanted plugins. or a theme. I cant find the wp-content
folder, so I cant install anything. the install4free guys dont want to answer any more tech questions ( I cant blame them) and my web host tech support is blowing me off, so I have to turn here to you guys.

  • Do you have access to your website cpanel? Or do you know how to upload files to your site?

I cant find the wp-content folder

If you can find where your blog is installed, you can find that.

you may have a /public_html folder, assuming that wordpress is installed at the root of your site,

your wp-content dir would be here:

    /public_html/wp-content/

What you need to do is use an ftp client and get acquainted with your site via ftp.

the wordpress download file are all save in my computer hard disk. All changes I do are done in my computer by opening those files mostly at notepad. When I’m finished, I save the file and upload it to the site.

Are you given by your webhost the cpanel or any access on uploading files to your site?

phoenixdynasty, respectfully, please be quiet, youre not answering any questions and probably just confusing him/her more.
