I Need Permanently Visible Thumbnail Titles vs Mouseover

Greetings,

I used Catablog 1.6.4 to design a client’s gallery at https://www.apollopiano.net and it seems to do everything he needs it to do, but was requesting that the title that appear on the thumbnails during mouseover be permanent.
