I need pagination at the top of the table

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

This is possible with a “Custom Command” on the table’s “Edit” screen. For example, add

"dom": "lpfrtip"

there. For more information on what these letters mean, please see https://datatables.net/reference/option/dom

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

The reason for this is that your table has connected cells (in the header row). Unfortunately, the DataTables JS library that TablePress uses for the pagination does not support tables that have such merged cells (via that #colspan# keyword). You will have to decide what’s more important: Pagination or those connected cells. Having both is not possible.
