    Hi @kwakok,
You are having issue because your website is not using Cloudflare services.
Looking at the nameserver of your website I can see that it is not pointing to Cloudflare: https://i.imgur.com/TgQGmqS.jpeg

I’ll highly recommend you to want the below videos on how to setup Cloudflare for your website and also how to set up this plugin:

I have also looked at the response header of your website and everything looks good. So, as soon as your traffic is routed through Cloudflare,( i.e. you have properly setup the nameserver, waited 24 hrs for the nameserver update to be propagated) – simply deactivate this plugin in your website and set it up as fresh.

You will see everything will work smoothly.

    Hello,

Now, I have done all that it takes for it to work, but it is still not working.

Please test the site again for me.

    Hi @kwakok,
Just checked your website and it seems your website is now stuck at a redirection loop (https://i.imgur.com/PR0hvsv.jpeg). Can you please check your Cloudflare Dashboard > SSL section to see what SSL mode you are using. Please try selecting the “Flexible” mode first to see if the website is loading or not.

    Hello,

When I checked my Cloudflare account, I realized in the SSL section that it was set to FLEXIBLE

Since I changed the nameserver to Cloudflare’s, my site had difficulty loading in the browser. I could not even log into my admin.

I contacted my hosting provider whether the problem is coming from them. They did a few changes to my account to bring the site back online. I also gave them access to my Cloudflare account and they did some changes in the DNS section to set my site’s security.

From there I logged into my admin, deleted, and reinstalled the Super Cloudflare cache plugin, trying to make it work. However, after doing all the necessary settings, this is what happened when I clicked the button to enable Page Caching.

I’m looking forward to your help. Thanks

    Hi @kwakok,

That problem generally happens if there is some bad settings in place. I know you have already done it. But I would still suggest you to completely deactivate and delete this plugin from wp admin > plugin section and then install it as fresh and set things up. Also this time, if possible, please screen record the process so that I can see what’s going on…

    Hi @kwakok,

    1. As I can see you have setup your website over HTTP and not HTTPS. That is why when I’m sending a request to HTTP version of your website, I an seeing cache HIT (https://i.imgur.com/Cod5F8d.jpeg) but when I’m sending a request to HTTPS version of your website, I’m seeing cache status as DYNAMIC (https://i.imgur.com/MpoMLnE.jpeg). — This is because you have setup your website over HTTP (I saw you ere also accessing your site over HTTP instead of HTTPS in the screen recording). You can also go to WP Admin > Settings > General and I’m sure that you will see that your WordPress Address & Site Address are both set to https:// instead of https://.
You should definitely change these to HTTPS only and then make sure all HTTP requests are 301 redirected to HTTPS which can easily be done from CF dashboard.
Finally you need to delete and setup the plugin as fresh after you have moved your site to HTTPS, so that the plugin is setup on HTTPS and not HTTP.
    2. I can also see that your website also has a forum part to it. Please note that CF won’t cache dynamic pages which requires login session, so your articles might be served from CF CDN cache, but most of your logged-in user experience won’t go though CF CDN as those are logged-in session. In this case, I will also recommend you to get a good web host (e.g. BigScoots) which can manage these uncached dynamic traffic.
