I need help with custom links.

I have a site with anchors on the homepage. The navigation works fine on the homepage (scrolling through the anchors) like a one-page site.

I also have other pages on which I want to use the same anchors in the navigation, but I’m not sure what the custom link should look like.

Example: If a user is on any page other than the homepage (the page with anchors) what is the correct format for the custom link. In order to end up on the homepage at the anchor point.
