I need help to get my Premium Key

    I am working with Bennie Bush to re-work his website that has a valid Premium License. The license number was lost when the site went down due to an older theme. I have a copy of the complete download of the website hosting site. What do I need to do to get the necessary info to get the correct premium license installed?

    Hi @randerson801,

    The Premium version of the plugin can only be supported at https://support.wordfence.com due to the www.remarpro.com forums being provided on our behalf to support the Free plugin. Naturally, any personal information we require to find the key would be made public here too.

    If you (or your client) no longer have the credentials to sign in there, please send an email to lockout @ wordfence . com and provide the email address or username that is associated with the site license so that we can assist you futher.
