  • i need help, staff login redirects to my-account, also notification emails are not receiving neither for admins nor for customers.

    Also the booking page get stuck in the loading animation,

    can you share your support email address? phone number of chat link?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    The emails may not be sent due to the SMTP settings of your hosting. In order to check this case, you can install the WP Mail Logging plugin and compare the time when you submitted the form and the time when the email was sent.

    The Booking may not be completed if PHP version is above 7.4. If you are using PHP 8, try to downgrade PHP version and try booking appointments.
