I need help selecting a Menu Plugin

  • Can you recommend a menu for me? I need to create a menu in a sidebar that can use both internal pages and external pages (opens in a custom window). Nice if small images can be inserted before the page link. An example would be like https://www.perob.com/pages/index.htm

    I don’t mind paying for the Plugin.
