    When I enter this code , it nit show in proper manner. But when I enter same code on https://htmledit.squarefree.com for code preview , then it show in proper manner. I am also suggest you please use this link to preview and tell me why this code is not show in html form. ot also check it in your html form software that it is running or not. If any my mistake please tell.

    And run this code…And check..

    Hi,

    That’s a lot of code for somebody who’s not getting paid to look through for errors without a very clear description on what the problem is.

    I hope you managed to get this sorted but if not could you provide the exact problems? I have had a look at the code using the link you provided and I see a form but I’m unsure what the form should look like and what isn’t working.

    Please try and help others help you ??

    I am updating my website time to time and I has updated in a new version or new look becouse the previous one code was not working. But HTML Form plugin required to update 2-3 service for us. Which I already told you before or veryfirst.

    Upload file feature and form sliding….

    Hope you working on this and publish it in a new version.

    I am awaiting!!!
