i Need help for mobile optimization

Hi,

i have seopanda.net 1 website its working fine on all browsers on PC.

also its works on mobile devices, iPhone and iPad but i got some error when i zoom it on iphone and iPAD. menu bar separate from the position.

please help me for solving this issue or suggest me plugin which can help me ?
