When publishing a post, we need to update the post 2nd time to making thumbnails is any way to make when publish.

Quite weird, your problems does not happen to me. Maybe a conflict with another plugin, I really don’t know.

I think in your wordpress template (you page.php or post.php for example) you can use the function the_post_thumbnail() to put your image where you want.
