i need help finding this crazy plugin.

i’ve been looking all night last night, and all day to day for a plugin that can do the following things:

1. it looks like a menubar (a cool looking one. the look of it is extremely important)
2. it can be positioned
3. it is vertical or horizontal
4. the “tabs” open “menu items” mouse over
5. the content boxes (of the “menu items”) can hold images, flash, iframe, html5, a content slider, ect… basically any type of content.
6. one of the “menu items” i would be using is an html5 mp3 player embedded in an iframe. the player must be audible when the tab is closed, and before it is opened after the page has loaded.
7. some tabs can be set to close after the mouse passes over
8. some of the tabs only close when any area of the screen other then the “menu item” is clicked on
9. the “menu item” can include, and the plugin can support the mail chimp sign up form

I can’t seem to find anything like this anywhere…

I find stuff that will pop up images on mouse over, or flash players, even sign up forms. but the most important element is an html5 mp3 player which is still audible and playing regardless if the tab is open or not.

Can anyone help me find what I am looking for? The graphics must be awesome, and if it were animated with different animation settings that would be amazing!
